2007 Rates and Reservation Information

The first floor Green Room rate is $70 per night for double occupancy. The smaller adjoining Blue Room is $60 per night. The second floor suite is $90 per night. Tax is not included. Room rates include full sit-down breakfast. We also have available a rustic, second floor, one-bedroom efficiency apartment at $50 per night.

Please provide a 14 day cancellation notice to avoid a $25.00 processing fee per room per night.
Reservations held with credit card or personal check (received).
Cash, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks, VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express accepted.
Check-in time is 3:00 to 6:00 pm and check-out is 11:00am unless another time has been prearranged.
Please let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE and on the smoking porch only.
Clay County is a “dry county”, but you are welcome to bring your own alcohol. If so, please drink responsibly.
